Racial Trauma

Did you experience something at work that still makes you upset when you think about it? Maybe you are tired of being overlooked in the workplace. Fearing for the safety of your children or trying to heal from your own experience of racism or discrimination. You want to use your voice, but you are afraid of being labeled the "Angry Black Woman." I help clients I work with navigate racial issues in the workplace, heal, and feel more empowered to use their voice. 

​Pregnancy Loss

Have you experienced a miscarriage? If so, I am so sorry for your loss. Losing a child may be one of the most difficult things a woman experiences. I know that you want the pain to go away. You wish you could hold your baby. Maybe you tried talking to loved ones, but they don't understand. Their world keeps going while yours has completely stopped. You may feel angry or sad some days. On other days, you may question if its your fault. These feelings are very common after a loss. I help clients develop coping skills to manage the pain associated with grief. 

Anxiety

Have you been stressed and overwhelmed lately? Maybe its work, a relationship, or family. You know you need more time to yourself, but its always something. You stay up at night thinking about your to-do list. Work is becoming unbearable, and you struggle managing it all. To relax after a long day of work, you need a glass of wine to calm your nerves. When you go to bed, you have a hard time falling asleep or staying asleep throughout the night because your mind is racing. I show clients how to manage stress and anxiety so that you can have more peace of mind and happiness. You deserve it!

Wellness

Your wellness journey is so important to your overall well-being. Sometimes stress and anxiety can cause emotional eating. Turning to food when you don't feel good can lead to weight gain, low self-esteem, and other health issues. I teach you coping skills to help reduce the urge to eat when you are not feeling your best.
